Frequently asked questions

Do students pay anything?

No. The institution pays annually; students sign in to the app with their email and never see a purchase screen.

How long does trial approval take?

We handle every application as quickly as we can. Once approved we email you, and you can start adding students right away.

What if quotas run out or go unused?

Quotas are per student per month and reset on your contract date. If seats or quotas do not fit, email support@aimuspal.com and we will adjust them for you.

Can a seat be reassigned when a student leaves?

Yes. After you remove a student the seat is held for 7 days, then it can go to a new student.

How is student data handled?

We only need a student's email. Institution administrators can see the analysis reports and scan records a student creates after joining; records stay hidden if the student turns on privacy protection in the app. See our privacy policy.
