Commission Plan Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The MusPal Teacher Commission Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the Plan") is designed to reward registered teachers who refer students to subscribe to MusPal services through their exclusive referral codes. By joining the Plan, you agree to comply with the following terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a verified registered teacher on the MusPal platform
- You must agree to these Terms and Conditions upon joining
- MusPal reserves the right to review and approve eligibility
3. Commission Rate
Commission rates are calculated in tiers based on the number of active subscriptions you refer:
Annual subscription:

| 10+ | 24.0% |
| 15+ | 36.0% |
Monthly subscription:

4. Commission Calculation & Payment
- Commission is calculated only for valid subscriptions completed through your exclusive referral code
- Commission rate is determined at the time of subscription based on the total active subscriptions
- Commission is calculated based on the actual payment amount
- Commission will be credited to your account balance upon confirmation of valid subscription
- Withdrawals must meet the platform's minimum withdrawal amount
5. Referral Rules
- Both direct and indirect referral subscriptions count toward your total, determining your commission tier
- Only direct referrals (students using your referral code) earn commission
- The use of fake accounts or fraudulent means to earn commission is prohibited
6. Changes & Termination
- MusPal reserves the right to modify commission rates and these terms at any time, with notification to participating teachers
- MusPal may terminate a teacher's participation and deduct related commission upon discovering violations
- After leaving the Plan, confirmed commission can still be withdrawn, but no new commission will be generated
7. Disclaimer
MusPal is not responsible for commission changes due to market fluctuations, policy adjustments, or force majeure. MusPal reserves the final right of interpretation of the Plan.
